Biography
Mr. Lucey has been admitted to the Bar in both Florida and Minnesota. He has handled hundreds of legal matters in Florida, including defense of foreclosure cases, commercial/partnership disputes, personal injury cases and appeals. Since 2009 Mr. Lucey has also worked as a Circuit Court Mediator, primarily dealing with foreclosure cases and business disputes. Mr. Lucey's experience ranges from from Small Claims Court cases to oral argument before the Supreme Court of Florida. In addition to admission to these State Bars, Mr. Lucey is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Since 2009 Mr. Lucey has been a Civil Circuit Court Mediator. Mr. Lucey has conducted a number of mediations, primarily involving residential foreclosures and commercial disputes.
