Despite my multiple attempts to reach you, I received minimal responses, consisting mainly of billing-related matters. Your last-minute and futile attempts to rectify the situation by filing a motion for a Zoom call, which was subsequently denied, are entirely inadequate. I am left with no choice but to settle for a ridiculous amount or incur additional expenses by having you physically present. It is evident that he has failed to fulfill your professional duties, costing me over $8500 along the way. I had trusted his expertise, only to be let down. I implore have to rectify this situation immediately or face further action. If hire demand a prompt response addressing these concerns and a detailed breakdown of all charges incurred thus far. Have him give you regular updates and meaningful progress in your case.
