Biography
Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator Eric is into his fourth decade as a Florida lawyer. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, so he truly understands the risks of going to trial and the benefit of the mediation process. In the beginning of his career, most of the cases Eric handled were in the area of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including products liability and medical malpractice cases. More recently, most of Eric’s work has been in the area of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
