We handle matters through all phases of construction from initial contract drafting and negotiation, assistance with project disputes both pre-suit and while in litigation, as well as mediation, arbitration and appeals associated with construction disputes. Types of matters handled include contract disputes, construction lien/bond issues, defects and delay/inefficency claims.
