Successful Conclusion

Mr. Bilotta represented me in a Social Security Disability case. He is a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and ability is outstanding. Mr. Bilotta was totally prepared for my case. He had me at ease and confident. I recommend Mr. Bilotta to anyone needing an attorney in his field of expertise.

Great Button Man

When we had to go to the Mattresses , Joe was the lead Button man we put on the Street to Win Our Case Even though it was a Relatively Small Claim , Joe is truly an Expert and made sure he hit the defendant with five shots

Passion for justice is an understatement

I've been a longtime client of Joe for going on three years now. I've had him represent me in two separate cases against major companies who had access to entire legal teams to defend them. My first case involved a major restaurant company owned by a franchise who hired me briefly but had me work a...nd under-report my hours in order to keep my employment. I did not know my rights at all at the time and as a result I eventually became terminated for questioning my pay. I was not paid my last paycheck and was left for many unaccounted hours. I was directed to Joseph and he walked me through the entire process and explained to me how Florida Labor Law works and every single step of the way he kept me informed on what he was doing. I never felt awkward or foolish because Joe explained everything in a down to earth manner and had endless patience for any questions or inquiries I've had. Eventually Joseph successfully litigated this company and worked out a favorable settlement. He got me what I was owed and he made sure he set a precedent with that company never to mess with an employees wages. So not only did he help me; he helped everyone else who would work in that company and ensured they wouldn't be subjected to unfair treatment. After that case; I didn't think I'd need to use Joseph, but again I faced the same situation in a major Hotel company and once again I was facing unpaid overtime, a lost last paycheck, and retaliatory fire for inquiring about my pay. Joseph rose to the challenge against this hotel giant and once again ensured my rights were not trampled and fought for me every single step of the way despite whatever the opposing consul could construct. Eventually his persistence paid off and once again I regained what was owed and the management who was responsible for this entire situation at the hotel location was restructured so once again, not only did Joe help me, he helped others through his work with these victories. I know this review has been long winded but I cannot recommend Joseph enough for any issue you may have with being treated unfairly at the workplace. This man will fight for you and ensure you are not left wondering at any step whether he cares about your case or not. I recommend and refer everyone who may have an issue like I have to him and he takes care of every single person that has needed his services. Lawyers like Joe are the people who preserve our rights in the workplace and ensure companies do not ever think they can trample the rights of their employees.

Joe was a thorough attorney. He knew the law so well that the opposing counsel never had a chance. For every argument he had a rebuttal. Highly reccomend

Beyond excellent

Joe represented me in a personal injury case that went to trial. Mr Bilotta did an excellent job. I received a jury verdict for 500,000 dollars for my injuries.
