I've had a trademark for 20 years and easily renewed it myself a few times. Suddenly, this year, the USPTO examiner declared I was missing examples! For six months I worried about what to do but had to focus on my company. Frank was one of many attorneys who sent me emails offering their services... but was the only one who kept reminding me from time to time. As the deadline approached with just a week or two to go I emailed him back. Hello Everyone, I do not typically write reviews, however this one is deserving! I needed help for a tradmark. I was responded to one USPTO Office Action after another. For the Final Office Action before being rejected- denied. I placed everything to his firm, and today I have the USPTO Certi...ficate for my trademark. Again, I do not write reviews; moreover note, I write this after the award for my mark: "Simply The Best", was finaly granted.
