I had a trademark issue, requires office action for my company. The name of my company has been used in the past by another company, which is no longer in existence. I went online to find an attorney to represent me. Fortunately for me, I met Mr. Francis, and after talking to him, I knew he could re...present me well, and he did. In the past, I filed and received a trademark on my own. My current trademark application received an office action, and I did not know what to do.
