I've had a trademark for 20 years and easily renewed it myself a few times. Suddenly, this year, the USPTO examiner declared I was missing examples! For six months I worried about what to do but had to focus on my company. Frank was one of many attorneys who sent me emails offering their services... but was the only one who kept reminding me from time to time. As the deadline approached with just a week or two to go I emailed him back. He knew exactly what the problem was, gave me a reasonable price, told me what he needed and as soon as I got the examples scanned and sent to him, he was able to file before the deadline. We are opening a restaurant and independently filed a trademark to protect our business name and logo. After a about 5 months, we received a refusal for trademark from the US Trademark Office.
