Biography
Mark J. Rose is a partner with the full service law firm of Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg, Martin, Stoller, Zumpano, & Bellido, P.A., commonly known as Roig Lawyers.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mark practiced civil litigation and personal injury law at a boutique law firm in Boca Raton, Florida. He is certified by Florida Supreme Court as a County Court Mediator and is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent, peer review rated attorney.
Mark is an adjunct professor of business law at Palm Beach State College where he teaches "The Legal and Ethical Environment of Business." Mark is the Co-Chair of the Florida Defense Lawyer's Association, Young Lawyers Committee.
Mark obtained his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and obtained his Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Stetson University. While in law school Mark served as a federal litigation intern at the United States Department of Justice, earned a certificate in Leadership Development, and served on the American Bar Association award winning Student Leadership Development Committee. Mark served as a member of the Barney Masterson American Inn of Court and worked as a law clerk in both plaintiffs’ and defense civil litigation firms specializing in the defense of personal injury, auto negligence, and premises liability claims.
