Robert M. Roselli has dedicated his entire legal career to fighting for victims of serious injury or the death of a loved caused by the negligence of a person or corporation. Born and raised in South Florida, Robert is proud of his Florida roots has a special understanding and relationship to the State of Florida and its residents.
Robert attended Chaminade High School, located in Hollywood, Florida, which at the time was an all boys college preparatory school. Thereafter, Robert attended the University of South Florida, located in Tampa, Florida where he studied Business Administration with a special interest in economics and law. Fraternity life also occupied his years at USF and Robert was elected President of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at the University.
After graduating from USF in 1989 with a degree in Business Administration, Robert immediately began his legal studies at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida where he soon realized that his true interest in the field of law was the pursuit and desire for justice for those who have been harmed by another person or corporation. Besides his legal studies, Robert was elected President of Delta Theta Law Fraternity at Stetson University.
In 1989, Robert received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar Association that same year and has since been admitted to practice in the United Stated District Court in Florida's Southern District, Middle District and Northern District. In 1989, Robert began his career as a Civil Justice Attorney in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has dedicated his entire law practice to representing the victims of serious injury or wrongful death as a result of personal or corporate negligence, medical negligence or defective products. Mr. Roselli has represented thousand of victims throughout the State of Florida and has proudly obtained for them the compensation they deserved.
Mr. Roselli has achieved the distinguished "AV" peer review rating in Martindale Hubbell. He is a Sustaining Member of the American Association for Justice and an Eagle Patron member of the Florida Justice Association. Robert has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and has been honored by that organization with the Wings of Justice Award and the FLAG Award awarded by the Florida Lawyers Action Group for his "dedication to the election of lawmakers who put the Safety of Florida’s families above corporate profits." Mr. Roselli is also a member and trustee of the Broward County Justice Association.
Mr. Roselli has also been selected to serve on a Florida Bar Grievance Committee to review and investigate consumer allegations against attorneys and served as Chairman of that committee. Robert has also proudly served on the Broward County Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee and Peer ReviewCounsel, designed to promote professionalism among attorneys.
In recognition of his advocacy and achievements, Robert was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi Million Dollar Advocates Forum, membership in which is limited to Trial Lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience and excellence in Advocacy by achieving million dollar and mult-million dollar trial verdicts, awards or settlements. He was listed in the South Florida Legal Guide as an "Up and Comer" under age forty in the field of personal injury law. Since then, Robert has been chosen by his peers as one of the State of Florida’s "Legal Elite" as featured in Florida Trend Magazine and selected to The American Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
