Excellent Personal Injury Attorney

John Amen was recommended to me in 2014 when I was injured in a car accident. He was fantastic right from the start. I'd never been injured before and was clueless on what to do. John helped me every step of the way. He gave me his personal cell phone number and communicated with me throughout the ...entire ordeal. He also got me the best settlement possible. And when I was more seriously injured in 2015 he was there for me again! I called him from the hospital and even though he was on vacation he took my call! Again he kept me informed and once again he helped me obtain a fantastic settlement. would love to hire

Spoke on phone with Esq. Ameen. Seemed very knowledgeable . Very interested in case; however, I could only come up with half of the retainer he requested. I would love to hire him though after our discussion, but the money just isn't there.

John Ameen is a great Attorney who WINS!

I used John Ameen previously as a Plaintiff in the Class Action Smoking Lawsuit after my mom died from smoking. It was all done over the phone. His staff was incredible, polite and they always got back to me immediately. The case was settled and to my surprise I kept receiving more checks after the i...nitial payout! I thought they did a great job. I remembered John Ameen after I fired another attorney who did nothing, and who was referred to me to go up against a big insurance co. I did not realize John did insurances lawsuits. To my surprise and gratitude, he did! I had a very complicated situation after my home was vandalized during a short sale (house was vacated), and after I moved back home to this house, we had a huge flood in my home due to a defective and poor install of a used AC system a few years later. Because I provided excellent discovery and had proof of everything, John, at my urging, and persistence did go after the company (provided by the Lender) who was responsible for my home while vacant and the insurance company for the flood. They both would not accept responsibility, and the ins. co sent me $800.00 for a $78,000.00 claim for damages! A year later, after John's hard work, he calls me out of the blue and said he had a large check for the vandalism claim. I was blown away! It came at a great time. a few months later we were able to settle with the insurance co. for a great amount too. They were very difficult to deal with, but with my urging, and John's finesse, class and professionalism, we prevailed.....again. Hats off to his Paralegal Alexandra (Alex). She is so sweet and professional and ALWAYS willing to help me out. She never said NO to me once. Very caring law firm. I highly recommend John if you ever want to go up against those idiots at "that" insurance co. or any co for that matter. He knows his stuff and listens to his clients concerns all the time. When he didn't think my suggestions were valid, he told me in a nice way, and I felt like we became friends after all of this. I went through a very difficult time and got sick due to the flood in my house. John was always compassionate and caring every step of the way. I am so happy we settled and now I am fixing my house back to a normal state again since I won this lawsuit. John, you have no idea how you helped me and my family out, I am forever grateful!
