Biography
Michael A. Rosenberg is the managing partner for the insurance defense law firm of Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg, Martin & Stoller, P.A. He is a skilled litigator with insight gained by resolving thousands of cases through settlement, negotiation, or litigation.
Special Investigation Unit (SIU) and fraud claims represent a significant portion of Mr. Rosenberg’s insurance defense practice. He is also experienced in complex litigation, and can effectively manage high volumes of similar litigation files simultaneously.
Prior to joining Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg, Martin & Stoller, P.A. in 2005, Mr. Rosenberg gained insight into the plaintiff’s approach to case management while serving as an associate for a prominent personal injury law firm. He was named a partner in 2009.
The Florida Department of Financial Services has approved Mr. Rosenberg to teach continuing education courses for insurance agents and agencies.
A native of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Mr. Rosenberg has lived in South Florida since 2001.
