Biography
When hiring my law firm to represent you, you are getting the benefit of over 20 years of litigation experience. I have personally participated in over 100 jury trials and I have handled thousands of criminal cases.
I have represented individuals in very complicated white collar federal criminal cases and federal regulatory compliance matters all the way down to the full range of felony and misdemeanor cases in state court from first degree murder, DUI manslaughter, drug trafficking with minimum mandatory sentences, patient brokering, drug possession, aggravated battery, forfeitures, grand theft, deed fraud, dealing in stolen property, gun charges with minimum mandatories, restraining order prosecution and defense, DUI, representing victims' interests with the prosecuting authorities, expungement, sealing, and traffic citations.
I have also been appointed to the exclusive Federal Criminal Justice Act Panel in the Southern District of Florida to defend individuals accused of federal crimes in Federal Court. I am just as comfortable in front of a jury as I am with legal research and writing.

Kind and Compassionate. Gets the job done.
