This lawyer is only in it for the money. He is a sign them up and settled them out. If he recommends a specialty brain scan and he says he’ll pay a down payment out of his pocket, he is only up charging, do not fall for it. He does not care about his clients. Replied last November 12, 2022Dear Anonymous, I take customer satisfaction very seriously, it is my goal to always provide exceptional, personalized service. If I was not able to provide you with the most excellent service, I would certainly like to contact you and fix it. I would have already contacted you but unfortunately, you did not leave a name and choose to write your review anonymouly. Additionally, with facts you provided I am unable to match you with any of clients I have had. I am trial lawyer so all my cases are in litigation. I do not sign up and settle. All my matters are cases that could not be settled and in the court litigation process. These cases are resolved either through mediation or a trial so no case ends unless my client approve mediation settlement or a jury renders a verdict. Additionally, no lawyer pays for medical treatment we only pay for the medical expert opinion for use at trial. As such I am not sure what up charging is being referenced since the doctor bills for the medical treatment rendered and the lawyer receives nothing. I do care about my clients. As stated originally the most important thing to me is customer satisfaction. If you were my client, could you reply and provide a more detailed explanation of your issue I will make every effort to correct it. If you would prefer something more private please don't hesitate to email or call my cell which I give to call clients. I will gladly take your call any time, day or night.

Mr Tison and his associates in the office were extremely knowledgeable and accurate on everything. I was told the case would take about 6 months and it took 7 which is a very good estimate . the amount awarded to,me , exceeded what we anticipated after hours of negotiations.
