Hi, my name is Scott M. Gross, Esq. and I am a partner with Angius & Terry LLP. I focus my practice on representing condominium and homeowners associations in construction defect litigation. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2005 and thereafter obtained my Juris Doctorate degree from The Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. I began my legal career as in-house counsel for a multi-million dollar healthcare corporation focusing on licensing and compliance issues. In 2010, I continued my career by joining one of the largest creditors rights law firms in the nation and focused my practice on representing corporate banking clients. In 2011, I joined another state-wide creditors rights firm and quickly worked my way into a managing attorney role, directly overseeing the litigation department for the firm. I am a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and I am licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts and the Northern, Middle, and Southern District Courts of Florida. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, Florida Gator sports (GO GATORS!) and spending time with my wife, Katie, my sons, Austin and Dylan, and friends and family around the Tampa Bay area.

"I highly endorse this lawyer. Scott is an exceptionally competent and compassionate attorney. He is dedicated and determined to achieve success for his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and personal injury law. Scott was an effective foreclosure attorney in South Florida during the height of the housing market crash. I'm excited he has brought his knowledge back to the Tampa Bay area."
