Shiner Law Group, which was founded by David I. Mr. Shiner is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern School of Law in Florida and received his undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Religious Studies from the University of South Florida, located in Tampa, Florida. 

 

Mr. Shiner is admitted to practice law before all Florida State Courts and all of the District Federal Courts in Florida. Mr. Shiner was recently awarded the Martindale-Hubbell AV rating for acheiving the highest possible rating from his peers on his legal ability and legal ethics. David has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2010-2012. In addition, Mr. Shiner has been honored with the position of General Counsel to the Palm Beach County Republican Party and is currently on the organizations Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Shiner has been a long standing member and contributor to the Republican Jewish Coalition. Mr. Shiner is also currently the Chair of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuits Grievance Committee and has been a member of the committee since 2008.

Excellent! Best lawyer in Boca Raton!
David Shiner amd his team of very caring and courteous colleagues helped me when my mother tripped on uneven flooring in a store and broke her hip. Its been a long road but david was able to secure a very large financial reward for my mom so she will get her medical needs taken care of for years to come.

i hheard alot of great things about this office ,i know they are always answering when i call ,i wish i could actualy get a call back to check up on me ,im in pain and need neck surgery asap and im nervous ,i pray that dr,shiners office will be the the right ones i hired ,,so far i am happy with the caring they give ,,.i do not know what my attorney even looks like yet ,,is that a bad thing / i wish i knew his personality or his demeanor ,,but i have not gotten the oppertunity to meet yet ,his office employees have been taking my calls and paper work ,,,thanks guys!!!im very nervous and in pain ,i pray he helps me or confirms status when when hes ready ,,,goodnight ,pray for pain to go so i can sleep..

I Would Hire Again!
I hired David Shiner and his firm Shiner Law Group. He has helped friends of mine successfully in the past and I needed his professionalism, expertise, and aggressiveness to defend against a frivolous lawsuit. He and another associate from his firm, Matthew Wasserman, worked on my case. He kept track of all dates and deadlines, even when I forgot them, and successfully argued in writing and in court and had the lawsuit completely dismissed! Justice served. I couldn't have asked for more. My faith in the law was renewed. I could have had problems if I had hired someone not as good or a different lawyer without the experience David Shiner has. If you have some sort of civil litigation where you need someone excellent and aggressive to defend your rights in court you should interview and hire David Shiner and the Shiner Law Group.

Highly Recommended: Personable, Knowledgeable and Aggressive!
I was in an accident in November and sustained neck injuries and a broken wrist. Mr. David Shiner and his team were very helpful and were great at handling my case. I was out of work for surgery and recovery for more than a week, but they reassured me that I would be taken cared of and I was. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional team that cares about their clients!

Very Professional and Friendly!
Mr. David Shiner and his staff were very receptive to my needs. I was involved in a very bad car accident and Mr. Shiner came to my house and to the hospital personally to assist me in making sure my legal rights were protected. Within two 2 months the Shiner law Group and the staff were able to find out what all of the insurance coverage was and demanded all of the policy limits from every person/car involved. I was in the hospital for over three 3 days and also was able to reduce my medical bills down substantially and made sure I was able to be treated by quality medical doctors and health care professionals. Within 2 months Mr. Shiner and his team of lawyers recovered over $200,000.00, dollars in coverage and made the process easy and stress free. I would recommend David Shiner and any other the attorneys in his office to anyone who was injured and wanted professional and quick action.

Very happy with my results with David Shiner and his firm.
I was recently in a car accident a few months ago and contacted Shiner Law Group for assistance as I never been in an accident before. The entire staff of Shiner Law Group were able to assist me in every aspect including the property damage which as you know if always a nightmare. David Shiner was able to obtain rapidly the entire policy limits of the man that struck my car.
