Simon Property Group, et al). The details of the case and resolution are confidential, however, Mr. Shiner and his team of attorneys and staff aggressively prosecuted the civil case against the mall for nearly three years and alleged that the mall and surrounding property owners were negligent for failing to adequately protect their patrons (business invitees) and failing to maintain adequate security.
