David Irving Shiner

Shiner Law Group, which was founded by David I. Shiner, a proven experienced trial lawyer, focuses the practice on civil litigation law with a strong emphasis on business litigation, personal injury litigation, employment law, real estate law, and small business representation. Shiner Law Group also represents clients in other practice areas such as product liability, wrongful death litigation, election law, and class action/multi-district litigation.

Mr. Shiner is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern School of Law in Florida and received his undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Religious Studies from the University of South Florida, located in Tampa, Florida. 

Mr. Shiner is admitted to practice law before all Florida State Courts and all of the District Federal Courts in Florida. Mr. Shiner was recently awarded the Martindale-Hubbell AV rating for acheiving the highest possible rating from his peers on his legal ability and legal ethics. David has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2010-2012. In addition, Mr. Shiner has been honored with the position of General Counsel to the Palm Beach County Republican Party and is currently on the organizations Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Shiner has been a long standing member and contributor to the Republican Jewish Coalition. Mr. Shiner is also currently the Chair of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuits Grievance Committee and has been a member of the committee since 2008.
