If I could give Michael Samuel Dyer 10 stars I would, he is an amazing attorney. Throughout the whole divorce process he always had my best interest at heart, took the time to explain every step and worked so hard to get me what I deserved. Michael Dyer was a very personable, honest and hard working ...attorney throughout my case from start to finish. I more than highly recommend him. You will be in good hands with Michael Dyer by your side representing you in a divorce case. I cant thank him and his staff enough, they go above and beyond to help you.

I retained Mike for a divorce which he first said it would be $2500 retainer and he said would cover most of it, As it was a simple divorce and didn't have many assets. Thru the process Mike was very hard to get a hold of and when I did get a hold of him he was very short and didn't keep me informed ...of the divorce process. Also, wait until you receive bills from Mike's office! I didn't know it costs $50 to hit forward on a email!? He nickels and dime you to death. He consistently forgot to tell me very important issues from my ex's counsel in which I was blindsided twice due to Mike dropping the ball and forgetting to tell me!! I can go on and on about why not to retain Mike Dyer but just do yourself a favor and do not use Mr Dyer. Get another opinion and choose a honest, competent lawyer.

I hired Mr. Dyer because my Husband took my son to Georgia without my consent. Mr. Dyer quickly filed the Divorce and requested the return of my son. The legal process is slow, but Mr. Dyer acted immediately. It was a long fight with the Courts because the Judge did not first want to requir...e him to return. He kept violating the Order and each time, Mr. Dyer filed another Motion finding him in Contempt. He hired an attorney in West Palm Beach, who couldn't handle Mr. Dyer because of his experience and knowledge of the law. Eventually, the Court entered an Order for the return of my son, and he has been living here since. My husband is out of the picture (I'm not complaining). Even the Judge complimented Mr. Dyer on his preparedness, and organization. Mr. Dyer gave me his cell phone and I could text him for questions and he would always respond. The case was very emotional and stressful. I would recommend Mr. Dyer as a lawyer because he is THE BEST LAWYER IN PALM BEACH. I even invited him to my son's birthday party. It was nice to introduce my son to the person who got him returned.

Mike was amazing during my divorce. He got me permanent alimony, majority timesharing, and found a ton of assets that my Ex-husband was trying to hide! Which increased my alimony and child support. He was very aggressive, while at the same time, making sure I understood the process, and helping me th...rough. And his staff was amazing too. You couldn't ask for a better lawyer.
