50-50 custody
Mike and his staff were amazing and was able to get me 50-50 custody of my kids. She wanted supervised visits which we successfully fought. I wouldn't have been able to get through this case without the help of Mike Dyer

Best Lawyer in Palm Beach
I hired Mr. Dyer because my Wife was not allowing me to have visitation with my son. During the entire case, my Wife was withholding my son, and was trying to alienate him. Mr. Dyer and I stood strong and kept fighting. At the end of the trial, we WON!!!! During our entire case, Mr. Dyer ...

Aggressive Fighter
Mr Dyer is a fighter and didn't stop fighting until we win. I live in another state and my Wife wouldn't let me see my kids. we went to trial and made the other side look stupid. My kids are coming up here for the entire summer and I got over 90 days of make up time!!!

Dissolution of Marriage and relocation
We prevailed in Court and the Husband's request was denied and he was awarded timesharing basically every other weekend
Paternity
The Court granted our Motion and the Mother had the right to pick up the child immediately after Court. The other side had to pay her attorney fees
Husband Rights
We were able to get 50-50 custody of the children and the the Wife's income was imputed to be $45,000, which made the Husband's child support nearly nothing.
Has his own business
The Husband got hammered in Temporary Relief and settled the case shortly thereafter
Child custody litigation
I won the case for my client and the court repremanded the Husband for his actions and threatened to stop all contact with his child if he didnt stop. My client is now living in peace because he has stopped
