Initially when I met Mr. Dyer he gave me the impression that he was very confident that he could help me with my modification of alimony and child support. Unfortunately, as the months went on it became evident that Mr. Dyer did not have my best interests in mind and was only interested in keeping m...y case going so as to continue collecting retainer money from me. In reality he prepared a financial affidavit that was incorrect and had me sign for it. After I realized the validity of the affidavit and questioned him on it, I brought to his attention if he knew and understood on how my income was being reported, I also asked him why he had not requested or filed a motion to obtain full financials from the other party. He called me one evening around 8:45 pm out of no where asking, if I was gonna pay my bill. He claimed that I did not pay him on time. Which is not true because when he called me that eve I gave him a list of grievances on the work he had done for me thus far. Before we hung up the phone I told him I was willing to pay him, but I had limited resources to finish out my case and I needed him to correct my affidavit and get me into court as soon as possible. I told him I would get back to him the next morning to see If he wanted to make the corrections needed. Before I could even call him back at 9 a.m. He filed a motion that morning before business open in order to have himself removed as my attorney. He did not even give me a chance to respond to him whether I wanted to continue with him as my council or not. I fully believe that once I mentioned that I had limited resources to finish my case was probably his determining factor. The fact that my new attorney whom was retained to handle my matter. Has accomplished more in my case in less than half the time and at a third of the cost. Is a testament to how Mr. Dyer is running his practice.

Mr. Dyer helped me when my Husband only offered me $2000 a month in alimony. Without Mr. Dyer, my Husband would have been able to leave me without an consequences. At the conclusion of trial, i was awarded $8000 in permanent alimony plus child support.
