Robin Bogen Roshkind

Great experience. Hired attorney Roshkind after firing first 2 divorce attorneys who were unable to get my divorce settled "fairly" or with any financial support after almost a year of mediations. Attorney Roshkind and associates were able to get a much better settlement for me as well as the alimo...ny that I had been told would be "impossible" by the other 2 firms. Hiring attorney Roshkind was the best decision I ever made. Highly recommend!

Hiring Ms. Roschkind was one of the worst business decision in my life. Over one year into the process and thousands of dollars later, I had to fire her for incompetence and brief a new lawyer. She does not think strategically, does not plan ahead and predict and was reactive to the opposition lawyer... and put us on the defensive through the whole time. She is particularly fee focused and pusillanimous in an industry known for its voracity. If looking for an attorney, proceed with extreme caution.

Hired for a support modification in early 2010. She took a $2000 retainer and vanished. I mean that. VANISHED. You couldn't find this woman with a 6 man search party. Her office staff was always irked when I called, and ultimately said she had more important clients than I, which is why she had ...not even filed with the court 6 months after our initial engagement. After a complaint to the Florida bar, I was able to recover $940 from her, but take seriously these other reviews. This attorney is unethical and ineffective.

Hired to handle my divorce 6 years ago. They overcharged, and strung it out to keep charging. My divorce wasn't the easiest, but I feel I got hosed when I was at a very vulnerable time. When I had to go back to court 2 years ago, I used someone else. I had to, I didn't have enough money left to h...ire this firm again. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
