Robin Bogen Roshkind

Hiring Ms. Roschkind was one of the worst business decision in my life. Over one year into the process and thousands of dollars later, I had to fire her for incompetence and brief a new lawyer. She does not think strategically, does not plan ahead and predict and was reactive to the opposition lawyer... and put us on the defensive through the whole time. She is particularly fee focused and pusillanimous in an industry known for its voracity. If looking for an attorney, proceed with extreme caution.

This lawyer is the worst I have met. She did my prenuptial agreement and it was a horrible experience. She made many mistakes and takes no responsibilty whatsoever. Her paralegal knows more than she does. On the day of the signing, she even didnt know where she should sign. I will be filing complain ...with the Florida Bar to make sure people knows what kind of a lawyer she is. She charges $350 per hour but you get nothing for that. Anybody who wants to use this lawyer please do your research first before you meet with her. She has had some pretty bad reviews on other websites. I made a mistake for not checking and I paid a high price. Dont make the same mistake.
