I have been practicing divorce law in Palm Beach County, Florida, for 14 years now and can tell you stories that can curl your teeth. I represent husbands, wives, and sometimes children in family law matters, mostly divorce and relocation, custody or paternity cases. I will tell you that truth is stranger than fiction. Some cases I handle are incredibly bizaare and some cases are terribly sad.
Divorce clients generally are not happy about their situations, no matter how dedicated I am to the causes. I think that is due to unrealistic expectations. When I tell a client the truth, sometimes they don't want to hear it. When something happens in a case, they are unaccepting.
In any event, I love what I do in helping families get through the unhappy and stressful divorce process or other legal disputes within the family. I have a great reputation amongst my fellow attorneys, and get many, many personal referrals. I am professional and you won't find an attorney in Palm Beach County complain that I am unreasonable.

Fantastic Attorney
Great experience. Hired attorney Roshkind after firing first 2 divorce attorneys who were unable to get my divorce settled "fairly" or with any financial support after almost a year of mediations. Attorney Roshkind and associates were able to get a much better settlement for me as well as the alimo...
