You never want to need a bankruptcy attorney but after my husband and I both had been laid off during the last financial crisis, we were very fortunate to have bern referred to Christian. Our bankruptcy plan was 5 years and afforded us the opportunity to maintain our home. The 5 years were not easy a...nd modifications had to be made to account for interest and escrow fluctuations but Christian was extremely thorough in explaining the entire process, what our rights were as well as the rights of our creditors. With each modification, he was thorough and willing to answer any questions I had to be sure I understood what was required and why. In the very end when the mortgage servicer sent notice of a payment change, he reviewed and found what they listed as a decrease was actually an increase as they reported the current escrow in the document at a higher cost then what it was as per the latest modification plan in place. This happened at the very end as we were making our final payments, but again he was thorough and fought hard for us and for what was right, making sure we would be all up to date at the bankruptcy discharge and even making sure they paid his attorney fees for the objections and work he did so there error would have no negative financial impact on us! This was a very difficult time in our lives but now we are so much better off and I am so very grateful that I’m the midst of the storm Christian and Brooke were there working so diligently on our behalf!

Sadly it took 5 years and all of our resources to learn that I have Early Onset Parkinsons Disease which came on 8 years ago at age 44. When he took a phone call from his young son during our first meeting to say he'd be home soon, I knew we had the right guy. He is also a very loving dad and husband and you immediately feel like he is going to help you make everything okay again. Christian prepared us for the process and everything went exactly as he said it would. He was in court right beside us and could not be more professional. I can see there why my husband chose him when he caught him in court this summer. We are on the home stretch now and I asked to leave this review in hopes it will help anyone else contemplating bankruptcy as a solution choose this firm.
