I tried to schedule an appointment with Mr Behar several times and finally after a week was able to schedule. Upon my first meeting with him I was impressed so I paid the retainer. Everything went well until my meeting with the trustee. Mr Behar did not show up, didn't call, and didn't send anyone to cover. The trustee was nice enough to reschedule the hearing. I then demanded my retainer back and Mr Behar would not answer calls or return emails. I have filed a bar complaint and will proceed with legal action against him. I would stay far away from this law firm.

I have been represented by SuperLawyers and felt satisfied; but the representation received from Mr. Behar led me to reconsider that evaluation. His representation was zealous, he is a great advocate; and most importantly he observes the rules of legal and client ethics. He provided the best representation I have ever had and I am very delightful share my experience.
