I tried to schedule an appointment with Mr Behar several times and finally after a week was able to schedule. Upon my first meeting with him I was impressed so I paid the retainer. Everything went well until my meeting with the trustee. Mr Behar did not show up, didn't call, and didn't send anyone to... cover. The trustee was nice enough to reschedule the hearing. I then demanded my retainer back and Mr Behar would not answer calls or return emails. I have filed a bar complaint and will proceed with legal action against him. I would stay far away from this law firm.
