confusing
Get emails from so many people, none of which were listed so I can know if legit. Asking for info over and over again from these people. Seem to not communicate within group, let alone with me. Does not apply payments even though proof was provided.

I do not recommend
I would never recommend this firm for any legal assistance. The firm was fully paid to file for a bankruptcy case in 01/2020. On 12/2021 I was informed that the bankruptcy was never filed while one of my creditors went after me. It is 06/2022 and the creditors are still going after me financially....

Replied last July 13, 2023Dear Damien Please accept my sincere apologies for the way you feel. I don't make the law. I just follow it and assist our clients navigate the law. I have assisted over 5000 clients over 20 years successfully get a "fresh start," saved homes from foreclosure, cars from being repossessed, settled debts, etc. and I think I can still assist you if you are willing to follow the legal advise I provide. I cannot jeopardize my reputation with the Court by filing you in a bankruptcy that you were not qualified for at that time. If your circumstances have changed today, please contact me to discuss. Too bad for the firm
attorney went thru the motions to listen to me, however because he had no interest (he had just come out from a meeting that from what I could hear in the lobby, it was more fun in there than listening to anyone). He show no interest or asked any questions. Later I called for a follow up since I have...

I would like to know who you are, who you met with, and what matter you consulted for with one of our attorneys. I checked our records and could not find a Lisa for the last 30 days.
