I am not just pleased with mr Levine, I am impressed. I spent years and tens of thousands with attorneys that promised me the moon, in the end got nothing and was close to giving up. I was hesitant at first, but glad I decided to take a chance on what was going to be my final attempt at legalization.... Mr Levine came tru with flying colors, money not only well spent Priceless! I have him a depósit ' cause I had a case going on with the other people in his office just to be ahead when we were ready to fill out paper work with him and we signed a document that stated once he started working in a case we weren't getting any money back, but he never did anything in our case an...d refused to give us the money back. He went to another place to continue with the cae becase the people on same office working in out case gave us the wrong information and since we were driving two hours away from them considered they didn't know what they were doing. When you pay someone to do a job is because you trust them and expect they do do it right but this people have no respect and are used to dealt with ignorant people that believe everything they say, thus time it didn't happen. Condideting we would be ahead with attorney si that we didn't have to be driving back and forth we gave him the money to hold towards what we were told was going to cost us, but never to start working on anything. SO IF YOU HABE THIS OFFICE HANDELIMG YPIR CASE DONT EVER GIVE THIS ATTORNEY ANY MONEY UNTIL HE STARTS WORKING IN YOUR CASE OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. SHAME ON YOU FOR KEEPING PEOPLES MONEY WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING.

James G. Levin show up late to court not prepared for the case. From appearance down to him quoting old information to the judge. Add injury to insult...very unprofessional arguing with another attorney that was there to help his case. Mr. James Levin never prepared a document during this case. I ...have request a refund of $800 considering he did nothing but show up to court in which he was already at for another case earlier which made him late to my case. Before finishing the trail that day he ask for more money... He has focused on Immigration Law for 31 years. He took $1200 from me in the hopes of believing it would be an easy case without doing any work or research into my case. After realizing this case was going to more than he could handle he with-drew without giving me notice but contacting the opposing parties attorney to let him know he was with-drawling from my case. HE HAS REFUSED TO REFUND AT LEAST $800 OR ANY MONEY ...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS IMMIGRATION LAWYER THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT FAMILY LAW NAMED JAMES LEVIN......
