After the recent death of her husband, our daughter needed estate planning, especially to protect her young children. At the recommendation of a friend, we found David Hanley in Sunrise, FL, near Ft. Lauderdale. I have been a lawyer for over 40 years, although I do not practice estate planning. I... could not be more impressed with his work and demeanor. He is skilled, intelligent, and empathetic. He worked quickly, compassionately, and made her feel as comfortable as possible, considering the circumstances. She is not wealthy, but he treated her as if she is. I have no doubt he could handle high-wealth cases with ease. His fee was very affordable and he made it convenient for her. If you need estate planning (wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorneys, designation of health care surrogates, etc.), at an affordable rate, I highly recommend him. Not only a remarkable, timely, and organized lawyer, but a good man who takes time to understand beyond legalities. I just recently concluded my probate process that began when my mother passed quite suddenly in January of 2019. I was 26 years old, an only child, and I also lost my father at a young ...age. I knew I needed a lawyer, but had no knowledge of what that entailed.
