About Julie
Biography
I am an Information Technology and Privacy lawyer and serve as outside General Counsel to companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large, established businesses, working with each client on their unique business and legal needs. A Pennsylvania native, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2001, much of my family relocated to South Florida where I attended law school at Nova Southeastern University.
Prior to joining Lightfeather Law, I spent the majority of my career in private practice and five years in house at one of the largest private corporations in the United States. Additionally, I spent almost a decade teaching at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law teaching litigation practice, negotiation workshop, and developing and teaching the Law School's pro bono Bankruptcy Law Clinic.
I am certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the US (CIPP/US) and as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). I am an active member in my community, the mother to four children, and I have been happily married for almost twenty years.

Most Professional and Detailed
