Mrs. Pelosi was born in Swindon, the United Kingdom in 1953. She earned her B.S. degree in 1982 from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor in 1985 from the University of Miami. In her more than 28 years of practice, Mrs. Pelosi has concentrated her practice in the areas of general civil and commercial litigation, probate, estate and trust administration with a special focus in family law, family law mediation and collaborative family law. Mrs. Pelosi has been admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 1985; received her Florida Supreme Court certification as a family law mediator in 1999, and became a founding member of The Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida in 2000. Mrs. Pelosi often appears before the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Florida on behalf of creditor lenders.

The first time I was referred to Nancy D Pelosi by Tom Longman was in June 2018. I called her and requested an appointment but even before the initial face to face meeting, I felt comfortable talking to Nancy on the phone. Throughout the collaborative divorce proceedings, she was very professional and thorough.

Fierce, Compassionate, Persistant

Nancy has been working on my father's estate case for over 3 years. There is none better!

I hired Nancy Pelosi to establish a prenuptial agreement. Sadly, it was a good idea, since I divorced years later. Needle to say, the prenuptial agreement held firm! What I was looking for when I went 'attorney hunting' was a PROFESSIONAL attorney with EXPERIENCE in the field, an attorney that would charge me a REASONABLE FEE, while RESPONDING QUICKLY to my questions and concerns. Nancy delivered this and more. She is a brilliant attorney and one that exhibits a fine balance of knowledge and compassion for her clients. I have had several experiences with attorneys over the years. In my experience, there is no better attorney in South Florida than Nancy Pelosi.

I Would Hire Her Again in a Heartbeat

After working with a previous atty to work on my divorce, I had a free consultation with Nancy because I had been thoroughly confused. Once we agreed to work together, she totally organized my case, assigned me tasks in order to keep my costs down, spoke to me with respect, explained things in layman's terms, and followed through as promised. It was apparent to me that Nancy put my needs/wants first, and she worked in a very timely fashion. I also appreciated that she returned my calls/emails quickly and addressed all of my concerns throughout the process. Nancy is a rare gem!

Divorce

Fantastic Lawyer and great person

Nancy was simply outstanding. When I first called her for my consultation until the day I signed my divorce papers, Nancy was professional, timely, and consistent every step of the way. She has a very calming nature which is much needed in a divorce situation. She always responded quickly to both phone calls and emails. Awesome Collections attorney

The most helpful Lawyer I have spoken

After calling Nancy D. Pelosi, Esq. to inquire about a possible case, she took her time to explain and review my information, she did advice me that my case was not her area of expertise, but took my name and number, next she explained that will refer the information to her peers. With in a day I she email me several Lawyers that will help my case. I was shock that she follow thru and took her time to do this. I will absolutely use her services in the future.
