Mr. Norell and his staff were extremely helpful when assisting our family after our teenage daughter had entered into a contract with a talent/modeling agency that did not provide the services that they had initially promised. Mr. Norell gave us excellent legal advice and contacted the agency on our... behalf. All of the concerns we had were resolved within a few weeks.

I've hired Mr. Norell twice for various employment related issues. The first when I was owed many years of backpay (even as a salaried employee!) and the second when a company refused to pay me my last paycheck. Both times Mr. Norell was quick, concise, and won both cases with a minimum of help from ...me. Communication was fantastic - I spoke to both he and his staff on numerous occasions and they always had quick and friendly answers to any questions I had. I have recommended Mr. Norell to friends of mine with employment issues and they have all been pleased as well. If I have an issue in the future, he'll be my first call!

I contacted this law firm and signed attorney engagement letters and then 65 days later I call in to get a status update, only to be notified that the law firm does not want to pursue my case, & has yet to notify my employer of the issue...65 days later!!! this could have been decided in 3 hours lik...e every other law firm in America. I never had the opportunity to speak with Mr Norrell so I can't say if he's a good or a bad attorney but the staff that represents him in no way are they professional, knowledgeable, responsive or informative .about anything relating to employment law. not to mention the paralegal Laura Jordan requested an estimate of damages from me on 3 different occasions and I gave them to her all 3 times.on her 3rd receipt of this information I let her know that "these documents have been sent to her on multiple occasions and she would actually have to look and read the papers to see that"and from that point forward my case was completely and negligently handled in my opinion. they wasted my time and my family's time in a time of need . This firm in my opion has completely miss represented and made a mamockery of the florida judicial system. I have worked with many attorneys in my professional career over the years and not once have I seen a legal staff execute such a blatant disregard for consideration of their client.
