My situation was an easy one to deal with. I worked for an institution for 19 years, I was let go without any compensation. Company (employer) was closing down a division involved in advertising sales. Requested that I continue selling and servicing clients. Was advised that my commissions would be paid on any sales made. Employer reneged. Brought matter to Mr. Norell who immediately contacted both the employer and ad...vertiser. Upon further communications with employer and strong action by Mr. Norell, employer paid full amount of commission.
