Wonderful, supportive divorce attorney!
Going through a divorce is never easy. I felt extremely lucky to have found Vanessa and to have hired her. Vanessa was always professional, punctual, well-versed in all of the legalities and financials and she was supportive to me at all times. Her knowledge of Florida family law was superb and she guided me each step of the way through my final divorce mediation. I highly recommend Vanessa for family law matters, and especially, for divorce proceedings. Heaven sent
I was in a horrible situation, and hadn’t seen or spoke to my kids in 10 months. Ms. Preito never skipped a beat, she took this case on by the horns and stood her ground against the other council and my kids father. She won my kids back and was kind and straight to the point. She never wasted time to rack up the bill either. She was my saving grace and I could never thank her enough!

Tricky divorce
Vanessa was diligent and professional. My spouse was very difficult to work with and would not provide important information. Vanessa was able to negotiate a settlement before going to trial and saved me the stress and finances that would have accrued.

Terrific Attorney !
Vanessa Prieto was my 3rd attorney. I was distraught over my divorce and had no idea going into this process that attorneys can be so callous and greedy. Vanessa handled my case professionally and deftly. She saw through the nonsense, clearly conveyed my options and treated me like a valued client not a meal ticket. Highly Recommended!
Vanessa has represented my wife and I in a very contentious legal matter. She is very professional and courteous. Many attorneys try to prolong the case to bill their clients as much as they can. Extraordinary service for a Veteran
A 79 year old family member who is a disabled Veteran has received amazing and very kind service from Ms. Prieto in a very complicated and wicked Divorce. It has not been easy but she has always been kind to him. I am a Veteran myself and it warms my heart to see the way Ms. Prieto has acted and responded to some pretty wicked allegations.

The best attorney for any contentious divorce issues
I hired Vanessa two years ago to resolve several extremely contentious post-divorce issues. She was recommended to me by a prior mediator, who said that Vanessa had been a royal pain in her butt whenever she had faced her in the courtroom. The recommendation was spot on; Vanessa has been a fierce force in my corner since that day. She has worked weekends when urgent motions were called for and has executed motions and subpoenas in some cases within the hour! Her ability not only to interpret the law, but to read the judge, opposing counsel, and situations in the courtroom is second to none. She has won motion after motion, and successfully argued for fees to be awarded due to excessive amounts of frivolous litigation. I no longer stress over antics from my ex; I simply call Vanessa. In short, Vanessa has brought peace to my life and an ability to move on after my divorce, which in my mind is worth its weight in gold. I would highly recommend Vanessa to anybody that's dealing with a contentious divorce and a difficult ex; you will not regret hiring this amazing attorney.

My savior!
Vanessa was absolutely incredible! She was the best attorney, advocate, therapist, human being, all the above - I could ever of asked for during my horrendous divorce. She fought for me when she needed to, and kept me calm when I was flying off the handles. My husband was pro se in the beginning and then hired an attorney who had no clue what his doing which I thought was just going to cost me more money when in the end, Vanessa fought hard and we ended up on top. She has an amazing reputation and I was referred to her though a friend of mine who used her a few years ago as well. It was so nice to walk in the courthouse with her and everyone she came in contact with told me that I was in good hands. She only filed necessary motions and did not try and rack up her bill which I was scared of in the beginning. I heard horror stories from other people using other divorce attorneys and was glad that was not my case. I am so thankful for Vanessa and her hard work. Vanessa is very professional and to the point. I had another attorney before that said I would loose everything, but she fought for me to the end. We ended up becoming great friends.
