Vanessa represented me in my prenup. She was always busy and tough to get a hold of. Her drafting was poor and two paragraphs completely contradicted each other. Opposing counsel was also challenging. Ultimately, my fiance and I drafted comments to the side of the document to solve the many open item...s on the prenup. Opposing counsel refused to draft and Vanessa also refused to draft. She offered to review any legal language i wanted to propose. We had prepaid both lawyers and had no leverage.
