I should have read reviews on other platforms like Google and Yelp, Rick did not listen and would barely let me speak. He made assumptions without knowing any facts. I don’t trust someone who can’t handle to sit and listen without making all kinds of things up.. very weird. I said hey you have to kno...w all the facts here they are, and he just couldn’t handle it. I think a simple case goes way over his head or that’s the impression I got. Absolute waste of time.
