Donna Hearne-Gousse

My husband and I live in the Pacific Northwest and were in need of an attorney to represent us when we sold the Florida condo we inherited. It turned out to be a difficult situation, and I consider us so lucky to have found Donna. We couldn't have been more pleased with her work. She was knowledgeabl...e, timely, and attentive to detail -- as well as being overall a nice person. We can recommend her without reservation!

Wish in this area I could give less than a one star! I retained her services years ago, and still living the repercussions! She does not know basic rules the court requires, she was not experienced in areas she claims she handles. She missed deadlines, forgot to set motions for hearings, filed contr...adictory pleadings, she knows not what she does, simple as that! Stay away, I've never met an attorney who cared less about the outcome for a client and client's welfare. I sincerely hope the Bar takes action against her license to practice!
