Entire office made for a smooth, worry-free experience

From the moment I came for the initial consultation, I have been made to feel comfortable, treated with utmost professionalism and compassion. Mr. Schwitalla and his entire staff made every effort to answer all my questions and concerns. There has been effective communication, via phone and email. I ...have had no surprises or hidden "fees". Although I would NEVER want to go through this process again, Mr. Schwitalla and Ms. Roberts would be the only attorneys that I would trust to handle mine or my family's financial matters. Highly recommend.

very professional

Schwitalla helped me solve a problem 4 years ago. He was extremely professional and honest. His office runs very smoothly and his staff is very polite and helpful. They helped me go through a very difficult process in a very a calm and efficient manner. Recently I visited for advice and once again I ...received the best service. I highly reccommend Mr. Schwitalla and his office!

The Bankruptcy Law Firm with a Heart

The law firm that had started my bankruptcy had created real problems. One by one James and Kelly unraveled the mess and made the road smooth again. James and Kelly are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, dependable and results oriented. Definately experts in their field. The staff is a genuine p...leasure to deal with, especially Maria. The law firm with a heart. They were compassionate and caring every step of the fearful way, giving me confidence, strength and what is more important, a positive financial position in the end. I would recommend the Bankruptcy Law Firm of James Schwitalla without reservation.

A good experience

Having to file bankruptcy is a life changing experience, it was a long ride but your Mr. Schwitalla's office made it easy for us to deal with it. His staff is highly proffecional and caring and the time we had to go to court with them left us feeling well represented

Great Experience

We picked Mr. Schwitalla to handle our parents Ch. 13 case approximately 3 years ago based on another attorney's recommendation. This turned out to be a great decision. Mr. Schwitalla proved to be extremely knowledgeable and was able to, with the help of his wonderful staff, guide my parents thr...ough the process very efficiently. My wife and I, who helped with logistics as my parents speak limited English, live out of state, yet never had any difficulty securing an appointment with Mr. Schwitalla and/or his staff during our limited visits to Florida. Since the plan was court approved, a couple of issues arose that required us to reach to Mr. Schwitalla. On each occasion, he personally responded within hours. More recently, a very serious issue arose as a result of retaliatory action taken by one of my parent's former creditors. Mr. Schwitalla provided excellent guidance and was prepared to take legal action should it be required. All of our experiences solidified my belief that Mr. Schwitalla cares about all of his clients, is extremely professional and just simply great at his job. I would strongly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance during difficult times.
