I hired Mr. Schwitalla and his team to represent my wife and I in a chapter 7 case a few years ago. In my experience, Mr. Schwitalla was a model attorney. Our names are George and Marsha. At the end of last year 2013, with no hope, other than filling for bankruptcy, due to being lied to from the law office of Airan Pace, and realtor Lianne Graubart. We picked Mr. Schwitalla to handle our parents Ch. 13 case approximately 3 years ago based on another attorney's recommendation. This turned out to be a great decision. Mr. Schwitalla proved to be extremely knowledgeable and was able to, with the help of his wonderful staff, guide my parents thr...ough the process very efficiently. My wife and I, who helped with logistics as my parents speak limited English, live out of state, yet never had any difficulty securing an appointment with Mr. Schwitalla and/or his staff during our limited visits to Florida.
