Evan Alexander Hoffman

Mr. Hoffman is an excellent attorney. My family member was arrested in Palm Beach County and treated like an animal at the Detention Center. She was held on a warrant of a DIFFERENT WOMAN with the same name. Despite the warrant having a photo of another person, with a different height and date of bir...th, Palm Beach County refused to admit their mistake and held her. She is 64 years old with bronchitis and is in poor health, all during the coronavirus pandemic. We hired Mr. Hoffman on a Tuesday, he filed a motion that same day, and on Thursday she was in front of a judge and he got her released ROR. He kept us updated on everything that was happening and responded to calls and emails immediately. Had he not been there, she would still be sitting in jail for a crime she did not commit, and again, during the coronavirus pandemic. Words cannot explain how grateful we are to Mr. Hoffman.

I hired Mr. Evan in 2014 to represent my Ex and I, in two separate incidents and he superseded our expectations in both. My ex had a record a mile long and was facing serious prison time. Mr. Hoffman worked diligently to get him probation. Which he eventually completely the terms successfully. My cas...e was drawn out over 5 years because I on the other hand have my BS in Criminal Justice and could not afford to accept a plea or anything to tarnish my record or my career. Mr. Hoffman worked diligently to assist me with this and literally guided me the few times I had to make an appearance in court. In addition, Mr. Hoffman and his staff maintained consistent contact and kept me updated with all of my court proceedings over the years. Finally, today the wait paid off and my charge was DISMISSED. He builds a great rapport with his clients and he does not judge you or your situation. I highly recommended him if you find yourself on the opposite side of the law.

I am writing this review on behalf of my attorney, Mr. Hoffman as a way to thank him and his staff for all of the hard work and dedication they put into my case. While I do not have the biggest case, (A DUI with some citations) Evan took the time to go over my case and the strengths and weaknesses o...f the facts. I know Evan has been dealing with a number of high profile cases lately he made me feel like my case was just as important as the ones he has which appear on the news. Needless to say, my case was dismissed, as well as the citations the officer wrote when I was arrested for my DUI. I know that I am grateful for all of Evan's hard work and can without a doubt recommend him to my friends, family and all of those out there on the world wide web. To make me feel even more comfortable I was provided Evan's personal cell number if I ever had a question. Not all lawyers make themselves as accessible as Evan.

Today was my trial. I was nervous but Evan was some cool headed and comforting that I had total confidence in him. I called him all weekend (on his personal cell phone) to explain my anxiety. Without losing any patience, Evan answered all of my calls and texts to his cell phone. He told me that I... would never regret hiring him, that hiring him was the best decision I could have made. HE WAS RIGHT!! Evan was able to get all of the charges DISMISSED!! I have no idea who wrote the review below this one but I can honestly say that Evan saved my career and my life.
