Incompetent

In February I hired Atty Hoffman and paid him in full to write a motion. Months later after many calls he finally wrote one that was rejected because it was wrong. He NEVER resubmitted it and at the 4 month mark with nothing being done I fired him. He refuses to refund my money. With so many lawyers ...out there why risk your future with him?

The Hoffman has diligently represented thousands of clients throughout the state of Florida and beyond. While we strive for the best results we hope if any issue arise the clients contact us directly. Our clients have access to the attorney at all times. If we were not able to remedy this particular clients issue to their satisfaction we offer our sincere apology. They can always contact the office to discuss further. Unfortunately this is a business where “competitors” have been knows to post false and misleading info to gain an unfair advantage. If this is the case then shame on them. We welcome all clients questions.

Avoid!! terrible!!

Did not offer any contracts to sign before asking for money. Been making weekly payments and still no contract no updates. Office refuses to answer any of my questions or give me any updates regarding my case. Went before judge and looked oblivious to what he was doing and made me look bad. Would not... recommend ever. Office assistants refuse to answer questions or give any updates. Last office you should go to. Ever!!!

He cares

I hired Mr. Hoffman and he went above and beyond to help me out , he was there for me and my family and he really cared about the outcome of my case, he was in constant contact with me and my family always laying out my options, I couldn't of asked for a better lawyer.

BEST ATTORNEY IN TOWN

Clearly a master of the law. I am a true client and not a competitor who writes mean and derrogatory reviews just to bash the competition. Mr. Hoffman met me after hours, understood my legal issues and even put me on a payment plan. When i was late he understood that times were tough and stayed ha...rd working on my case. Mr. Hoffman's true colors are as trustworthy as you get. I cannot say enough great things about Evan and his staff. He helped me and he will help you too. Call Evan if you are ever in legal trouble.
