Paul Miles Cowan

Mr. Cowan is working on an Estate in my family is involved. I can only rate him on his lack of responsiveness and information. I would need some of that to have an idea if he has any knowledge of his subject or if he is personally trustworthy. What I can say is that he has no interest in listening to... the facts. His lack of action will force us into a lawsuit and allow him to collect fees on an Estate that otherwise was nearly complete.

Paul M. Cowan was originally contacted by my father to handle his Trust after the passing of my mother. After meeting with Mr. Cowan, my father directed me, as Co-Trustee, to engage Mr. Cowan upon my father's passing, because he knew my sisters would contest the Living Trust, created in 2005 by my ...parents and distributed to my sisters at that time. Not only did Mr. Cowan and his staff handle this Trust matter professionally and appropriately, he/his staff came to realize that my sister's concerns were more personal than Trust related, and still handled the Trust matter professionally with an attorney (representing my sisters and their children) who, in my opinion, was quite inexperienced in this area of law, became too personally involved, and bit off more than he could chew. I would HIGHLY recommend Paul M. Cowan and his staff to anyone seeking a professional, experienced, trustworthy and caring attorney.

My late mother hired Mr. Cowan to handle her Trust and has continued to administer it for years since her passing. We also used Mr. Cowan to open an Estate for my Mother, he helped ease the process. Mr. Cowan was NOT the typical attorney. He was right on the case, moved things along as quickly as humanly possible. In spite of an out of state beneficiary he aggressively stepped up to the plate and everything was settled to my daughters complete satisfaction within months! Even the Judge was impre...ssed! I would recommend him for estate issues, guardianship etc. He eliminated the stress of the family . Additionally the staff went above ad beyond to get the issues resolved.EXCELLENT!
