Paul Miles Cowan

Working with Paul Cowan and his team was the worst experience ever. I hired him for my father's probate case and took 3 years and a half until he decided to close the case. He charged me for things he didn't do, he charged me for things twice, and never returned phone calls or emails. He has no manne...rs, and disrespectful. He didn't do the paperwork on time as my homestead which resulted in an increase in my mortgage. We also had paperwork done that took almost two years to deliver. Him and his team are completely out of ethic. I would never recommend him for any matter.

Mr. Cowan is working on an Estate in my family is involved. I can only rate him on his lack of responsiveness and information. I would need some of that to have an idea if he has any knowledge of his subject or if he is personally trustworthy. What I can say is that he has no interest in listening to... the facts. His lack of action will force us into a lawsuit and allow him to collect fees on an Estate that otherwise was nearly complete.

My late mother hired Mr. Cowan to handle her Trust and has continued to administer it for years since her passing. We also used Mr. Cowan to open an Estate for my Mother, he helped ease the process. We are very happy with his work as well as his associates including the paralegal team they have. W...e have found it very easy to get information when we have needed it. I would recomend Mr. Cowan to anyone that may need an atorney that specializes in Probate litigation.

Mr. Cowan was NOT the typical attorney. He was right on the case, moved things along as quickly as humanly possible. In spite of an out of state beneficiary he aggressively stepped up to the plate and everything was settled to my daughters complete satisfaction within months! Even the Judge was impre...ssed! I would recommend him for estate issues, guardianship etc. He eliminated the stress of the family . Additionally the staff went above ad beyond to get the issues resolved.EXCELLENT!
