Disappointed in this attorneys professional and ethical behavior, would NOT recommend
Mr. Cowen was referred to me by a mutual (attorney) friend. He agreed to take my case for a fixed fee. He has since changed his mind. He has not responded to numerous emails, phone calls and letters.
