I walked in to Steven’s office knowing that it was to be a long journey on a difficult case. Steven gave me his famous line, “I can’t guarantee anything but I will be honest with you”. He was 100% honest with me. I presented him with my case and never up charged me on anything. Every time I called hi...s office he answered me and if he wasn’t in or busy he called me right back. He has an amazing team led by Lisette who treat you with care and understanding. I knew going into his office that I was going to be leaving South Florida and going across the country. This made me feel as if the distance would make it difficult to speak or Steven handle my case. The distance was not an issue. Either Steven or Lisette called me, emailed or left messages for me. I felt that I was the difficult one to reach and get back to Steven instead of the other way around. In the end once the case was settled, he didn’t guarantee anything to me. What he did do for me was win my case and although it was an investment on my behalf, I got more than what I paid for.
