Muy mal servicio por parte de este abogado, lo contrate para que me ayudara con un tema de divorcio y con los temas del child support y lo unico que hizo fue que me cobro $4500 al momento de firmar y despues de eso no me ayudo en nada mas, mi caso fui a la corte y me dijeron que estaba "botado" por f...alta de seguimiento... y cuando vio que le dejé en google un mal review, me llamó a hablarme con malas palabras y gritando... muy poco profesional y aparte un grosero

When we initially met Mr. Alfonso, there were no red flags and we felt o.k. that we had found an attorney to file our chapter 13 bankruptcy. He gave us a list of documents he would need to include our budget for monthly expenses. After his review of our budget, he estimated that our monthly payment ...would be around $180 dollars. As the weeks went by it became evident that Mr. Alfonso was not familiar with the Chapter 13 bankruptcy process by his continuous change of documents needed. We had a tight budget but could afford the 180 dollars a month. However, by the end of the process the bankruptcy payment ballooned to over $380 dollars. Had we known this from the start we would have found other means for our financial difficulties. Furthermore, Mr. Alfonso was extremely unprofessional when speaking with us stating derogatory comments about our spending habits. We most definitely would not recommend this attorney for chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Arturo Alfonso, was hired in my relocation/Time sharing modification child custody case. Arturo was very attentive and answered all of my questions no MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I asked the same question... He made himself always available even though he had other clients. Mr. Alfonso never steered me in ...the wrong direction or gave me false hope. He was honest, truthful and most important realistic with his advice. Easy to work with and never overloaded me with attorney jargon. He spoke in the simplest form for common folk to understand the law. Thank you Mr. Alfonso!
