This attorney is not consumer centered. This review is based on my own experience. Beware. When you call Julio Marrero's office his receptionist will transfer your call to a "legal assistant". Legal assistants is another term used in this office for sales team. So when you are scheduling an appo...intment for a consultation with the attorney, you will be speaking with a sales person who will schedule an appointment. You will meet with the sales person and not the attorney. Once you sign the repesentation agreement and you pay the retainer of several thousand dollars, your file is assigned to a processor. Every month I had a different processor who had not had a chance to get to my file to do follow up work with the bank. When you sign your contract with the attorney, you are binding yourself to pay additional payments of over $500 a month until the bank approves your loan modification which could translate from several months to a year or until the court dismisses your foreclosure case. Read your agreement carefully because it will be disclosed clearly that the attorney does not guarantee any success of getting your loan modification approved. Be assured you will never see the attorney. Good luck if you try to get the attorney on the phone. Your calls will be routed to his office manager and other staff. I do not recommend this attorney. I strongly recommend you google "best reviews for foreclosure attorneys miami" and do yoursef a favor to contact only those attorneys with many great reviews which include professional and pleasant staff.

I went to see to Julio Marrero about 1 years ago, the Julio Marrero asistant, told me that i was elegible for a modification, I paid to him $2500.00, , but what hapened, after 6 months he wanted to charge to me $180.00 monthly,( didnt pay to him any extra money ), those $2500 r for 6 months, what i c...ould see that he doesnt send the documents to the bank on time, taking time, i called them, they didnt call back, I had 3 different people in my case, dont pay to him any money, the samething he do, u can do it, that is lost the money, he does not fight the modification, i only saw him one time, the last day, he told me that the banks do not want to help to homeowners, but he said a diferent thing on tv, when my house was in foulclouse, he wanted to charge me $500.00 monthly ( i didnt pay it to him ), i wrote a letter to the court, and the fourclouse was stop, i just reseived a $200 discount from my bank, but because me no for them, i am very sure that if i let them write this letter to the court I dont think he was going to do it, for charging me the $500.00, his business is fourclousere no modification, any question, write to me to [email protected]

They lowered 80,000 from what I owe. I am so blessed to have met Julio Marrero and his team of professionals because they helped me save my home.
