Julio Marrero is the WORST LAWYER IN USA, first visit to his office, is the only time you maybe meet him in person, because you will never get to meet him again, and after you wait for long hours to speak to someone it will never be a lawyer, only secretaries or assistance of who knows whom. But of ...course as soon as Marrero or more probably other person convince you about how wonderful they will reduce you mortgage or your interest or your principal speech, they will make you sign a very long term contract of payment, in which you declare your responsibility of paying a $500 per month to them, and in which contract, their are not responsible if you lost your home. I have talked to other clients there while we were waiting, and they were in the same situation like me, I have been paying this firm for 4 years now and they still telling me that my house still in foreclosure, that the probabilities I get the house back is 001 percent chances. I don't know why they recommended me to stop paying the bank in order to be able to pay them $500 monthly.

Thank God I found a place where I can at least write my experience at least others peoples not make the same mistake that I do. .For over 2 years I've been paying Mr Julio Marrero for defense and possible modification of my forclousure property , I understand that the results may not always be t...he ones you want , but if you do not understand how after providing documents according to them are required to qualify the modification was not approved twice , over the years I've been frequenting the office of Mr. Marrero has always been new staff so that seem they are not very stable, to my questions for the older staff always they always give me an answer like that they were sick , or not fulfilling the policies of the company. unfortunately people believes that putting on in the hands of an attorney is well represented , but they just want to keep taking money(500 monthly) from the pockets of people like me who are going through difficult situations without caring about nothing , but maintain an office with over 100 employee ( spoken by the same lawyer )with pretty women all the time in the office rather like a fashion show. I would love to know the statistics of the process of defending of this Sr who apparently has plenty of money to put ads almost daily on TV and fish more people like me . I think a total abuse what they are doing . In the only interview that I has with Mr Marrero almost a year after I was asking for, I find out that it was more than 6 people in the same situacion , or even worst without any probe that the modification documents were sent to their banks that was only in 1 hour that I spend in the office. I will definitely not recommend this lawyer to anyone .

I know that no attorney can guarantee an outcome. But to tell people that everything is great, your numbers are great and then be denied.... something is wrong. I have been paying a monthly fee for about 3 years and to have nothing is sad. i have been denied for not turning in paperwork, for being pa...st due for so long and so forth. Then i was referred to the BK department. for more $$. I think this attorney (which you never meet) has too many cases and some fall through the cracks. Mine was one.

My parents had told them CLEARLY that they were trying to refinance their second home. After multiple denials from the bank and non profits bc it was a second home, Marrero attorneys ASSURED my parents that they would get them a loan modification and at WORST a refinance. They were told to stop payin...g the mortgage on the home. They paid their dues to the attorney and once they had their money they turned around and told them it couldn't be done bc it is a second home. (Which they knew this from the beginning). My dad is a 71 y/o veteran and this is shameful that this is being done to seniors. My parents have always had perfect credit and now have to file bankruptcy by Marrero law firm. Please beware for your family's sake.
