Got a reduction on my principal of $248,299.42
I'm very happy with the modification request I obtained with my bank thanks to my attorney and my processor. I got a forgiveness of $248,299.42 and my principal balance went down from $402,045.52 to $153.746.10. My payment is now half of what my previous payment used to be
