Don't waste your time like I did. They took my case back in early Feb and had me complete all retainer agreements that were sent in right away. I don't hear from them at all for 4 months other than when I reached out to them to confirm they had gotten my medical bills via email as they didn't bother ...to even acknowledge receiving them until I had to send follow emails asking. After they sat on my case over 4 months with me hearing nothing on the status or progress, I again reach out to them via email to request an update and was told by Mr. FONZ that "after discussing it, and after some recent changes to the law in March, that we are going to withdraw from your case." Unbelievable. When I voiced my frustrations and displeasure about sitting on my case for months and doing nothing, I was told that "conversations were had and that's something." In 4 months my medical records were never even requested as I reached out to providers to see if they were accessed and...NO! I told Mr Fonz that I planned on leaving reviews of my experience and he said he welcomes me to and that he "will respond with the truth" The truth is they did me a huge dis-service and did nothing with my case. The truth also is they claim they had reservations about my case from the beginning, but yet they took it and had me retain them. The truth is if the laws were changed in March as they suggested as a reason for dropping my case, then why wasn't I contacted immediately to be made aware of this? They waited until I reached out to them in June to tell me they were withdrawing. When I questioned why nobody reached out to me in March, April, May, or now June, I didn't receive a response. Either they weren't aware of the law change when it happened, weren't on top of my case, just couldn't be bothered, or all of the above, but regardless of the real reason they withdrew from my case, this was handled poorly and they didn't fulfill their obligation to me as a client to be prompt and stay on top of things. DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER!

I hired Mr. Koon to represent me in a criminal matter. He explained to me my options of trial and the plea deal. I could tell he had a good working relationship with the State and was able to negotiate with them on my case.
